Dear, Word Wizard
My neighbor has palm trees and other shrubbery encroaching on my property. One of his palm trees is destroying one of the walls by my pool. The wall seams are starting to separate and it's only a matter of time before it caves in. The tree keeps leaning further forward putting more pressure on the wall. When it breaks through I'm going to have a pool full of bricks. That's the worst spot, but there are several others. I started calling zone enforcement about this over two years ago. They did send someone out - once. I'm still waiting for the guy to get right back to me. The cops won't get involved, they call it civil. Does anybody have some ideas?
