Hello all this may be a long post but I need some help I'll start off by saying I have co-own a home (joint tenancy) since 2017
In January of 2021 I lost my father up until that point my step uncle has always lived with my dad/us since he was like 6 he's now 67 well I always helped take care of my SU and my dad when they got sick but still tried to have a life of my own well I thought since we had been so close the last 25+ years that I could trust him "SU" well the morning of January 6th around 10am my "SU" calls me saying something is wrong with my dad it takes me probably close to 45 minutes to get up and dressed and over to thee house I get there to find "SU" sitting at the table smoking like always and go to my dad's room the door is shut and I find my dad laying with his shoulders and head on the bed while his feet are in the floor like maybe he fell backwards I call 911 and they tell me to lay him down on the floor "SU" helps me then goes back to smoking like nothing is happening they come and take my dad to the hospital and find out he had a stroke that caused a brain aneurysm he was paralyzed on his whole right side he couldn't speak he was pretty much unresponsive and my "SU" just left him behind a closed door to die so he could smoke his weed I get some help from a few people and we get my dad situated back at home and he passes the next day surrounded by people he loved well not even 3 days after my dad passed my "SU" packs up all of my dad's bedroom we had just had a conversation about how I'll get the room packed up so I can move someone in to help him take care of the house and to watch him so he doesn't kill his self because he's been known to try a few times my dad always saved his life then things start to disappear like motorcycles and cars that where supposed to go to me and some even have my name on the title he then went through and started selling anything and everything he possibly could of my dad's I ended up moving my 40 something year old single female cousin in to help him with the agreement that her and old her would be moving in at this point I don't realize that I own the house just that I would inherit it once "SU" passed but when I was givin money to pay for my dad's financial cost I had $4000 left over and gave it all to "SU" to pay bills he decided that buying a TV was a better use of the money he then moved in cousins son who's now 30 knowing that we all had an agreement that the son would not be moving in then the son went and got a dog after I told him he wasn't getting a dog because he isn't supposed to be living there this has been going on for 2 years well "SU" out of the blue texts me saying he's taking me off the house and changing it over to cousin son so I run all over dodge to figure out what rights I have and I find out I actually own the home well 2 different lawyers told me to write us a lease agreement for $1500 a month and to include"SU" as a landlord so I do I take it over to them and it's ripped up and thrown in my face and they call the cops well cops show up and I hand them proof that I also own the house so the cops say they can't make me leave as I'm leaving my "SU" realized mid swing that the cop was still there as he tried to hit me with his walker a walker that has never been touched in the last 15 years of us owning it he then tells me to get off his property and that he's going to cut down a tree that I planned in the front year in 2018 that my son is actually buried under I lost my child due to miscarriage he says he doesn't care if he hurts my feelings over it because she doesn't have kids so he doesn't care I flipped out and told him I would have him sent to an old folks home knowing I couldn't but was so lost in the moment over my child I leave and 2 days later have a note on my door saying I have to go get my restraining order that has been placed on me so I do and I show it to my lawyer he says to wait and see what happens in court I go to court September 12th and the case is dropped because there was no physical proof of me harming then my "SU" stands up in the court room and tells the judge that I have been abusing him and my dad my whole life and that I tried to kill my dad's dogs mind you the one dog under "SU" care is now obese and can't hardly move and I love my dad's dogs my dad was my best friend he raised me as a single father and we were extremely close but the judge pretty much told me that she wanted to keep me off of my property permanently and that I'm not allowed to go get anything from the property even if I have legal documents proving it's mine the biggest issue with that is mose of that paperwork is in a suitcase in "SU" closet he scooped it up as fast as possible and in court he found out that my dad had will "SU" freaked out in the court room over finding out I have yet to be back to the house well 2 days after court my lawyer had a heart attack and had to have a pacemaker put in I haven't seen or heard from him since September 14th and idk what to do I'm not working right now due to conflicting work home schedules and lawyers are not cheap I need help to figure out what to do the goal is to sue the cousins for back pay in rent and to have the courts make "SU" sell the house I have been trying to figure out where to store the stuff that is mine but I really don't have the room for much of it and it's literally a 3 bedroom house full of my dad's stuff please someone help me the courts say I have to hand write up the paperwork to have the house sold but let's be real I'm not very smart when it comes to legal things oh I should also state that they "cousins and SU" have been giving my address out to people "my ex of 7 years from 10 years ago and her new girlfriend" so they can come to my home and jump me I filed a report because at this point in my life I can't deal with the drama anymore and I'm just trying to save myself when it comes to going back to court please help me and thank you in advance for even reading this far.
