Hi I have a question please and need an answer asap me and my boyfriend got into an altercation I ran outside and the neighbor called the police for me I told the police that my bf hit me in my stomach and slapped me without paying attention I signed some papers and it turns out its criminal charges, the police took it upon himself and pressed charges on him My question is how do I drop the charges I know the state attorney now has the case but how can I let her know when she asks me if I want to proceed or not? How do I convince her that I want to drop the charges?
