WHO WE ARE
We are professional writers of consumer advocacy. Our focus is the protection and representation of our customers using our time-tested communication platform. We strive to bring justice to our customers who have been slighted by any person, entity, or organization. We are agents sharing our voice to prevent and reverse unfair business practices that impact consumers daily.
We have successfully represented hundreds of clients. This is our light. Our passion. We are committed to fighting for and promoting fair and reasonable justice for our customers. And to protect people's rights. Particularly those on fixed incomes and modest means. For those who have become victims of fraudulent, abusive, and predatory business practices.
ABOUT ME
My passion has always been writing. At an early age, I earned an Associate's Degree in Journalism at Philadelphia Community College. After finishing school, I started working as a copy boy for a newspaper called Philadelphia Construction News. Within two years I worked my way up to reporter, and then to the chief editor. That work experience led me into real estate. I became a realtor after moving from Philadelphia to Las Vegas, Nevada.
A couple of years later, I went back to school and received a Master's Degree in Organizational Management. When the housing crash occurred in 2008, I began writing extensively about homeowner retention, and in 2009 became licensed as a foreclosure specialist. This led me towards a career in consumer advocacy, which became a full-time profession that I have continued practicing.
I helped hundreds of people retain their homes communicating by way of letters, phone calls, and closed-door in-person advocacy and mediation sessions. I used my communication skills to defend people against their banks, loan servicers, and institutional attorneys. Using my skills resulted in loan forgiveness, principal reduction, and loan modification. I started a corporation named CBC Property Solutions and hired staff to develop strategies to purchase bank notes and restructure loans.
I was hired by several real estate and loan brokerages to teach real estate agents and loan officers how to blog on the subject of home defense. I developed a call-in radio show that focused on educating the public of their property rights and how to defend them. I allied with several legal and community partners to aid me in a struggle against unfair lending and bank fraud. Many of the alliances I made during the housing crisis are still available to my business today.
I have written hundreds of effective letters for businesses, institutions, and personal correspondence, for people who either did not have the time or were not successful in advocating for themselves. During my career as a realtor and foreclosure specialist, I have written and blogged extensively on the state of affairs that have impacted homeowners during and after the bank crisis. I continue to keep abreast of and write about homeownership and the future of real estate. My blogs about politics and economics have been recognized in the business world, and I have acted as an instructor and consultant for numerous brokerage firms in Nevada and other states. I am looking forward to hearing from you and helping to get your problem solved.
